What you will love about this home

Welcome to our wonderful coastal Carlsbad beach house in the gated community of Water’s End which is a 5 minute walk to the beaches of Carlsbad and local shopping and restaurants.

Our home is a two story home with 2800 sq feet in addition to both a front porch and backyard and large gated driveway area and garage.

The first floor includes our great open kitchen with a very large white island with stools for seating and enjoying time together while you prepare meals .Our kitchen has every possible thing you might need for family gatherings.

Our dining room area has a 60″ round table and can comfortably seat 6 people and you can add two more if needed to make it 8 people.

Our living room area is right next to both the dining and kitchen so everyone can be together and cook or watch TV but basically just be together with ease and comfort..Our large TV has all streaming channels including Netflix and Hulu and you can sign into your accounts easily with our Roku.

We have numerous Alexa devices around the house for music in most rooms in the house
We have our main guest room downstairs which has a queen size bed and its own bathroom.

The room has access to the front door so it gives nice privacy.the room is good size with big windows and new bedding.

The remaining 3 bedrooms are upstairs and there are two more guest bedrooms with queen beds and they share a bathroom so its great for two kids bedrooms but the bathroom is accessed from the hallway so its still private.

The master bedroom is truly a suite as it has a very large bedroom area and a separate sitting room with a large couch and chairs and also a small balcony that can only be accessed by the bedroom.The closet is a separate room entirely and we will make lots of room for you during your stay..The master bathroom has a large bathtub and also a great shower and separate WC.

There is a small office area off the upstairs landing which is a nice quiet work space if needed.

Laundry room is upstairs off the main hallway.

The outdoor spaces include a cozy front porch with two large chairs for enjoying your coffee in the morning or reading a book and the back yard has a dining table for 56 as well as a seating area with couch and a gas fire pit and we have a BBQ for grilling.

The garage is used as an additional office and a home gym and can be used as well and we do have an EV fast charger installed that you can use to charge your car.

The driveway is gated and has space for a few cars but there is also ample parking all over the street if you need more parking.

The house is really comfortable and the rooms are big and its a wonderful place to spend with friends and family.
We have collected lots of original art over the years so most of the walls are filled with art and other special collectables from our life journey.
